The official response from Tylenol is just brutal

We're gonna drop the twin speak gimmick for this one.

We never targeted kids. ever. We tried to avoid getting kids involved at all costs. While we cannot claim to be innocent of child endangerment, there were several kids among the ranks of both teams, we tried to avoid sending them on dangerous missions. Our youngest, at 13, was Lorekeeper Zinnia of the Draconid people who was more than capable of defending herself and was a double agent anyways.

As for Mare, her Cousin Brendan, and that young trainer Wally, we never directly harmed them nor did we purposefully target them. Our aim when fighting them was to restrain them at best and knock them out at worst. As Mare herself testified at our trial, we never intentionally harmed her or her friends. They may have been harmed as the result of our actions, for which we are sorry, but we had no intent of causing any real harm.

Firstly, the issue regarding Chi took place a year ago. Although it is regrettable that discomfort was caused because of her actions, it is not fair to bring up such a complaint when Chi left the server nearly a year ago, and therefore should not have to be dragged into this when she is no longer a part of our server.

Concerning Bard, had they known that their friendliness was making a user uncomfortable, they would have stopped. The problem is that they never knew that it was causing someone distress. In fact, this closeness is how many users on our server act and it creates a warm atmosphere for everyone. However, neither Bard nor any of the mods were informed of someone being uncomfortable by this, so it is unreasonable to criticize them when they were never given the chance to change nor apologize. Additionally, the mods did not and could not act due to not being communicated that it was an issue.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable giving out their age over the internet. In fact, many of our server members’ ages still remain anonymous. However, expressing one’s refusal to give that personal details and insinuating being an age which they are not are different. The following screenshots demonstrate one of the occasions in which our server members were misled. They are not to blame for making conclusions that they were speaking to a teenager older than Luciel is.

With regards to the use of the word “loli”, we messaged GDV and Emilio directly and privately on 10/21, asking them to stop using the term and they agreed. Since then, they have not used the word again.

Additionally, the following screenshot shows that the word was not used to reference members after 10/21, the date of our direct messages.

This, however, was reported to us by Vanna, another member of the server (who was also accused of wrongdoing later), who was worried about the usage of the word even though it was not aimed at them. This proves that we were not alerted to this issue by the person concerned and it was, in fact, Janet, our admin who reached out to confirm the situation first.

Similarly, the case of server members being shipped together was only brought to our attention by an observer and not directly from the members of the ship. This issue was addressed publicly as an announcement and it has greatly reduced the server shipping since then.

Again, we do prioritize the well being of our server members but it is unreasonable for us to act if we are not alerted to know that it is a problem in the first place.

The post about Usagi Drop by GDV was to compare the height difference between two individuals. GDV was not insinuating anything to do with the content of the manga so it is unfair to assume that when even he has expressed his disapproval of the manga ending (in that same conversation).

Every anime has its own fandom and within each fandom are a variety of fans. Fujoshis are a part of the fandom and it is only right to respect them for what they enjoy even if those interests don’t align with yours. It is unsurprising that opinions differ and clash sometimes so if something is not your cup of tea then either step away from it or report it. Members such as TsukkiMonsta and TeddyJp have been spoken to about their behavior and they are doing better to adapt to our rules while still being able to discuss what they enjoy. In fact, we reinforced this as a reminder to everyone in the server by making a public announcement.

In addition to this, their discussion about certain topics was taken from our nsfw channel. This channel has an age restriction thus minors are unable to access it unless they lie about their age.

This proves that mods were indeed lied to and not only is this violating our rules, but it is also against the law. When we tried to approach this issue, this was the response we received.

We tried to communicate but no further discussion could have been made.

Furthermore, the use of the term “fujoshi” has extreme negative connotations just like the word “loli,” and was used incorrectly in the post. Describing Dawn and Vanna as something they are not is simply disrespectful. Sometimes it is difficult to separate art from the artist, but this does not mean we cannot appreciate quality art despite our qualms about the topic presented or the artist’s personal likes, behaviors, or tastes. To paraphrase Justice Potter Stewart, “we know so-called obscene art when we see it,” and the art in question was placed in a channel where people were restricted access to unless legally of age and interested. It ought to be the bare minimum to be able to separate the enjoyment of the art from the artist’s views and the themes they choose to present. Otherwise, we are no better than the sort of people whom would try to stifle creativity and the right of free expression which everyone on the internet should hold in high regard. As shown below, Dawn is well aware of this and emphasized the fact right after the original screenshotted conversation about liking the “problematic” artist.

Related to these two server members, we would also like to clarify that both Dawn and Vanna are not, and have never been, a part of Staff in our server. The moderation team is clearly stated in the Rules and given how only two mods out of nine Staff members were mentioned, we would like to express how misleading the claim is that all mods are problematic. Furthermore, there was an accusation that mod Bhav is an “Endeavor apologist,” which he is not. The server and it’s mods do not condone nor excuse abusive behavior in any form, but anyone is free to like a character even if they have made mistakes in the past.

You guys r still scary, and I can’t imagine how much to the people who were actually alive during the weather crisis, but Mare trusts u so… here goes. What kind of facilities do you have 4 different types of Pokémon? Also, can we know more about the grunts, including the ones who are running the page? Why were u 2 chosen to run PR and the Gravlr page?

Great questions. We've got plenty of artificial habitats built to mimic different Pokémon's home environments as close as possible. We're... still working out some of the kinks with a few of the ones we have less experience with but our ground and water type habitats are top of the line. We also have an in-house Pokémon center to treat Pokémon who are injured as well programs for Pokémon to help reintegrate them into the wild (this doesn't work for all Pokémon, some simply will never be able to return to the wild due to too much human exposure).

I see a few officals trying to pressure officials into officaling so here's a list!
