White Moonstone was a sentient being stuck inside a crystal, but out of an unexplained occurrence, he managed to escape, with the crystal he was formerly trapped in kept on his belt. For a while, he started studying Diamond City and concluded that one of its most valuable things it keeps around- asides from games, of course- is riches. So for a while, he started saving the riches from crooks who would steal them… until he started realizing that there were other heroes- police, firemen, doctors, many of these people- and that by observing what he’s been doing, some of them had quit their jobs. One envious policeman had told him that it was pretty much his fault, and- taking it to heart due to how aware he was of his power- decided to hire more heroes to help out while he became their mentor.
