I cannot believe it has been a year and a half since I took a hot yoga class! Riza, the owner of my boxing gym completed her Hot Yoga certification, and is completing her mentorship with community classes. She did such a great job, as did her fellow trainees! I was reminded how powerfully intense the combination of the postures and the heat could be.
