I cannot believe it has been a year and a half since I took a hot yoga class! Riza, the owner of my boxing gym completed her Hot Yoga certification, and is completing her mentorship with community classes. She did such a great job, as did her fellow trainees! My wrist pain seems to be gone. It’s just the knee pain now

The 2 min meditation at the end is quite powerful. Most important practice is keeping still. All the physical poses will go away someday.
