Welcome To Octavian Week 2025

We welcome everyone to Octavian Week 2025. We hope fun time will be had during this event and welcome all to participate.

You all can create fanworks following the prompts given, these works will be posted by you during the event week.

All forms of fanfics, fanart and fan-animations are welcome. Remember we're all here for a fun time so no bullying or harassment of any participants is tolerated and allowed!

Octavian lightly kicked Alabaster who was sitting in front of him and looking at the ground. Although Alabaster wasn't panicking anymore, he was clearly distressed.

"I just don't get it, if you are claustrophobic why did you invite me to hang there?"

"I just wanted to have a good time."

"By having a panic attack?"

Alabaster looked up to Octavian making a face. He looked like he was going to curse.

Octavian opened his mouth and then shut it.

"I'm sorry. I didn't want to make you feel like you needed to do something uncomfortable to hang out with me."

"And I'm sorry for not telling about my claustrophobia."

"Next time we should talk before some shit like that happens."

Alabaster opened a small smile.

"Sure."

Octavian kicked Alabaster one more time.

Since, I’m posting a lot of prompts/one shots (I have no idea what is the right term) about Octavian and it seems I’m not gonna stop anytime soon I decided to make a masterlist of those prompts. I’m not only gonna put things I posted, but the ones I’m still writing or wanna write.

Edit: Requests are open. You can ask me to write about any riordanverse character, not only Octavian. I just might take some time to write and post it.

(Forgive me, because the titles are horrible)

"Megamind"

Alabaster frowned his eyebrows, he didn't know Tav liked those kind of movies.

"What? Was it a bad choice?"

"No, I'm just... I thought you would choose something like 300"

After that phrase, Octavian was the one frowning his eyebrows.

"First, 300 is about a Greek story. Second, I enjoy things that are not roman related."

"I know, I know" Alabaster hugged Tav and put his head on his shoulder "I was just... you were talking a lot about New Rome these days so I thought... I'm sorry"

Octavian hugged Ally back.

"It is okay"

They cuddled in the sofa. Octavian covered themselves with a blanked. And they enjoyed the movie together. Alabaster made Tav laughed a lot of times with his comments, which made Alabaster happy, happier than he wanted to admit. And although he liked the experience as much as Tav, it wasn't because he liked the movie as much as him, but because he just liked spending time with him.

They were holding hands during the movie and sometimes Ally would kiss Tav's forehead. And they just cuddled like they didn't think they would ever have a chance to do with someone.

It was a good afternoon. One of the best they ever had.

Normally Alabaster wouldn’t interrupt Octavian when he was reading the entrails of stuffed animals, but he needed to know the news. He shutted the door causing Octavian to get a fright. His eyes wided and his expression looked nervous. Alabaster immediatly got suspicous and started to analyze the whole room.

It seemed pretty normal, or as normal it could be. The altar, the stuffed animals, papers where quotes of Syblilline books were written, the dagger... with blood. Alabaster looked for Octavian’s hands, but he was hiding them behind his back.

Alabaster was looking threatening, his voice was harsh when he said:

“Show me your hand“

Octavian’s face showed displesure as they showed his hands.

“It was just a tiny cut, you don’t need to be so dramatic“

Seeing all the blood in Octavian’s hand only made Alabaster angrier.

“If it is just a tiny cut why were you looking like you have just got caught murdering someone?“

Alabaster was pushing Octavian to out of the room, so they could go to the bathroom and clean that mess.

“Because you’re a drama queen, and just as I expected you’re being completely irrational about the situation.“

The comment irritated Alabaster. He was acting violent while he was taking care of Octavian.

“Irrational? You know what is irration? The fact you’ve being an augur for years but you’re still capable of cutting yourself even after years of practice.“

Octavian rolled his eyes and ignored the comment. They remained in silent while Alabaster cleaned Octavian’s hand ,dried it out and put a band-aid in the cut. He was still holding Octavian’s hand after they finished it. 

“I told you it was a tiny cut“

“Shut up“

Alabaster kissed Octavian quickly and then got out of the bathroom.

“Maybe one day“ Octavian said to himself “ someone will caught me with a nervous expression because I killed Ally and I didn’t have time to hide the body“

However he was with a little smile at his face.

Maid Costume

Octavian wasn’t feeling well. He was sweating and feeling like he was boiling. But he didn’t have time to worry about that, he needed to concentrate in his task. He somehow managed to get his notebook, the pencil and turn on the light. 

Breathing was difficult, he couldn’t think straight. 

“Focus Octavian“

He might have said it out loud. But who cared? He was alone in his room and besides he needed to write the nightmare down. It was a vision, he was sure about that.

Octavian started writing and it made him feel worse. The dream was really confusing, there was a lot of blood and suddently he felt like throwing up. Soon he was vomiting. He only had time to turn to the floor and didn’t get his bed all dirty.

The smell and taste only made him feel sicker. His throat was hurting, his head aching. He felt so horrible.

Octavian only realized Alabaster was in the room when he was at his side. 

“Come on Tav“ his voice soft “let’s go to the bathroom clean you“

What did Ally mean about cleaning myself? I’m not dirty Octavian thought.

“Yes, you are dirty. You vomited in yourself“

Did All yread my thoughts?

“No, you dumb creature. You’re speaking out loud.” Alabaster voice wasn’t soft anymore, he sounded tired and annoyed.

They went to the bathroom slowly. When they got there, Alabaster did all the job. Octavian was barely concious. 

Suddently Octavian stood up, that made him feel dizzy and he would’ve fell if Alabaster hadn’t caught him. 

“What the hell are you trying to do?“

“The nightmare, I need to write it in the notebook“

Alabaster sat Octavian down in the toilet. 

“Do you write your dreams down? I didn’t think you did such a thing.“

“No, a prophecy...“

Octavian leaned on Alabaster. He looked in peace. Alabaster kissed him in the forehead.

“A prophecy, you’re almost dying and you’re thinking about a prophecy“
