My Ventrue Carmyn met her final death recently. The coterie was at a peace meeting between the Camarilla and the Sabbat. Just as the handshake was about to seal the deal, the Sabbat leader attempted to manipulate the mind of their negotiator. Realizing what was happening, the coteries Banu Haquim fired incendiary rounds, causing some of the vampires in the room to frenzy. Including Carmyn.
She fled the room as quickly as she could. Trying to make it to the car. To safety. But there were hidden guards waiting outside that she couldn’t see. She almost made it to the car before they opened fire.
Carmyn chased power and excitement her entire life, but when the end came, it was as quick and simple as a bullet in her back.
But, perhaps it was a mercy. That no one was there to see her fall.
