POV:

I wake up feeling weak and very disoreintated. But as I was recovering from the venom that damn silver human injected in me, I sensed I was in some forest. I hear the approach of another dragon. Four paws snapping twigs and crushing fern leaves beneath whoever this dragon was.

I open my eyes gazing at this dragon, obviously male by his scent, from under my wing. He's...a Fury? No... he's the very last Night Fury my homeland dragon folk spoke of in their legends.

He starts getting closer but I realised the smell of metal was inches from him. "Stop!" I yell in alarm and he bounced back, startled.

"Don't you smell it?? A trap!" I hiss at it and he understood me. He sniffs at the very location in the middle of the ferns and walks around, tripping over his talking. He's...kinda cute. I make him nervous.

"I...I've believed...I was the last of my kind but..." He stuttered, obvious he's never known his own species, which I kinda felt sorry for him. It must have been lonesome...

"Y- Yeah...forgive me, I'm Winter." I introduced myself to this Night Fury, coming out of my thoughts while he looks me in my deep ocean blue eyes. Yes, my name was Winter because my skin looks like the first snowfall in winter. And I was born in winter too.

"I- I'm Toothless. Er, thats what my human named me..."

His human? He's owned by a human?

"Is...Is he nice?" I asked, not wanting to be silent and come off as rude to my new friend.

I sniff the air and tense up, firing my plasma at the intruder. Hes here! That evil silver one was waiting for him!!

After the tree I destroyed toppled, I realised it wasn't the evil silver human as I feared...oh my Thor I almost killed those humans! Those must be his!

"I- I'm sorry!" I am overstrung with panic at what I almost did to the Night Fury's human companions. Flapping my wings I took off, ashamed of myself.
