Emily’s powers with her ruby brush wand is that’s she can summon colourful bubble animals with just a strock or her wand.
I did have other idea of her want painting on the floor wild flowers or something like she’s in a simulation game or in epic Mickey(which is where the inspiration for her wand comes from), the one idea I am still sticking to is her ability to summon explosions if fire works but I’m stuck in the middle with her powers at the moment, ether way her being over powered is a good thing for the story or I makes her situations that she’s in far too easy in some certain scenarios.
Had a dumb thought regarding Spectre's abilities to take on different properties. Given it's perception based, which is what lets her create things like swords and have them actually act like metal, would a fully maxed out Spectre be able to basically create a mini sun or something and throw it at an enemy Wargreymon style?
The fun things that could be possible when you give somebody an ability without realizing just how much it can do.

If he used them his palm-marks turn blue and white. Fortunately, most people don't notice this.
His powers also require time and patience since he hasn't mastered his powers.
He has Mind, Thought and Dreamlike powers, with one ability being that he can plant little thoughts or other related things into ppl's minds without them knowing or even noticing at first. It takes a few minutes to settle into the mind/brain. Its not mind control, more...making things that are already in the mind (so technically bringing something up that is already in the mind but the person doesn't know or BAAAAREELY notices it or the person just forgot about) more clearer and the person who he does it to more likely to do what his "mind" says.
(Soo sorta mind control but on the controlled persons behalf? Dunno lol..)
2nd ability:
Can mend dreams
(so basically make two ppl or more all have the same dream and they can communicate with one other in that dream)
He can also if there is something bad happening and they need to wake up to defend themself, run away, etc. Scream "'Insert name' WAKE UP! 'Insert name' YOU NEED TO WAKE UP!" If they are both in the dream. If not he will need to enter the dream of said person with his mind (he stays awake but can hear and see the person, so basically daydreaming taken literally) and talk to them to make them wake up. If there isn't an issue he can ofc still do this and talk to someone while daydreaming if the other person/people are still asleep/dreaming. Even if both are awake he can still talk to said person through their mind and the person will hear them (so telepathy) this comes in handy if they both cant speak or if he and/or said person don't want others to hear him he can do this.
So basically in short, he can combine dreams to interact with said person or multiple ppl.

Backstory(kinda):
She was very young (around 2-3) when she and her parents were driving home from shopping when suddenly they were hit by a car, it is said the person driving it wasn't right in his mind/Drunk af at that moment and accidentally hit them. Leaving the front of the car completly obliterated and the back a bit damaged, causing her mother to pass away at the sudden impact and her father to fall into a coma, dying shortly after. That is why she has those scars on her hands, her hands got stuck under a piece of the broken car and when the first aid removed the piece of car that her hands were buried under there were deep cuts on her hands. The person that hit them got immense Depression on what a HORRIBLE thing he had done and couldn't live like that anymore and a year after he killed himself.

And then she'll HYPOTHETICALLY be like "uhh, 'cause you're my favorite" and then Quackerjack HYPOTHETICALLY says "Oh, thats cool, yk, i've never seen a child run up to me, most time they run away from me" and then she's HYPOTHETICALLY like "yeah idrk, i think you're cool" and then they have a whole conversation lasting hours.

These abilities develop more as he ages, and he doesn’t have the best relationship with all of them, but they were enough to impress a dying old wealthy lady and snag his first posting!
I won’t divulge anything that’s a spoiler, but his relationship with his abilities changes throughout his character journey. I will save the meta-analysis and use of metaphors and just do a simple run-through of each ability and rate them out of 5 stars for how much control he has over it and how useful he thinks it is.
I would consider all of these to fall under the umbrella of Extrasensory Perception (ESP). There are many terms for these abilities, and by no means is this a thorough rundown of them; this is just what they mean and how they work for him specifically! Also, just because he has these abilities doesn’t mean he always listens to them; in fact, sometimes he works against them out of spite, but they come back to bite him in the ass!
Clairsentience/Telepathic Empathy

Usefulness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is his primary ability, and it is the one that he’s had since he was a small child. Therefore, it’s the one he has the most control over and one that he thinks is the most useful. He can’t read everyone the same; some people emote more than others, while others don't at all. This one runs in the background most of the time; he can usually turn it on or off, but not always. He’s most sensitive to others’ emotions he doesn’t feel himself or has never experienced. He’s discovered that most people have a “baseline” emotion, whether happy, depressive, content, or apathetic (etc), that usually colors their emotional ranges. He doesn’t like to use people’s emotions against them, but if he needs to, he will.
Claircognizant
Control: 0
Usefulness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This just means he has heightened intuition and usually navigates life through incoming vibes. These come to him, and he reacts accordingly; he has no control over what he receives as input. This usually comes across as him “knowing things he shouldn’t” and having a strong gut feeling to do XYZ. It can be something as simple as an inkling to grab an extra utensil. He may not know why at the time, but when he drops a fork—hey, look, he has an extra one. This one isn’t usually that deep, and he doesn’t always get them. These are more sporadic and very inconsistent. He may have a day where he gets one or two, or several, and then go weeks or months without.
Precognition

Usefulness: ⭐️
He occasionally gets glimpses of the future—it may not even be his future. He has no control over the visions he receives, and this ability is very weak. He does not like this one and has a lot of self-hatred about it. Visions come to him while awake or asleep. They are very unreliable and happen rarely.
Psychometry

Usefulness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Psychometry is the ability to receive glimpses of the past through objects. This is his favorite nifty trick, but it is not one that can not be applied to all objects. Only emotionally charged things carry a memory attached to them. It takes a lot of mental discipline to get a reading, and it is not always clear, but glimpsing in the past has its rewards. This is a tough trick to master and has come in clutch a time or two.
Haunted
Control: ⭐️
Usefulness: 0
Being haunted is a bad time. It comes with no perks—well, unless he counts having his abilities siphoned out of him by the prowling sleep paralysis demon that has claimed him as its feeding ground (which he sometimes does see as a positive). As if having a personal paranormal parasite wasn’t enough, sometimes he hears disembodied voices or catches glimpses of ghostly swooshing in his peripheral. His only form of control is ignoring things or repeating an affirmation mantra and hoping they fuck right off.
Many things can affect his abilities, including mental & physical state (especially anxiety), medication (these usually dull his control or take away his ability to read people), substances like drugs and alcohol (can heighten—think bad trip), lack of sleep, starvation, headaches, sickness, foods, (number of) people he’s around, exhaustion, etc.
Geez guys don’t you hate it whenever your gf loses control of their emotions during the triple cone cup and because of the nature of her magic, she isolates herself in a giant ice spike
