This is the newest OC I made for my comic universe! He got more fun to draw every time I went to sketch it out.
Chem is a shapeshifter with a fake leg and a silver tooth. He always has a toothpick in his mouth and will never let his fans from a performance or any of his customers from the black market see his true identity.
