Ok hear me out, Credence represents Harry without willpower. Harry could have become an obscuros and Credence could have chosen not to let the obscuros control him. Harry never gave in, he had the will to not repress his magic. Credence didn't have the willpower to hold off his dark side (we all have light and dark ect.) they had such similar lives but that one personality difference, that one thing changed their lives. Now I'm gonna go on a teeny tangent and say it is a nice unintentional nod to the impact of personality differences on life. So pretty much there lives coulda been the exact same but Credence had no will which sucks for him.

No se dan cuenta de que yo no manejo lo que me pasa, que yo no elijo sentirme así. Me digo todo el tiempo “tranquila, respira, seguí respirando, es fácil. Siempre hacías esto, nada más tenes que respirar” Pero no puedo. No es tan simple respirar cuando la ansiedad sube, él miedo se multiplica, los pensamiento se vuelven obscuros, y tu mundo se vuelve gris. Creeme, no es simple vivir así.
