In Italy, abortion is legal. However, doctors can be "objectors": that means that they can legally refuse to let you get an abortion for "moral reasons" (for example, if they are religious and believe abortion is a sin). At the moment, 70% of Italian doctors are objectors, and it's hard for women to find a clinic where they can actually get an abortion.
