Stress Management
In order to improve my communication skills and avoid sending off-putting signals, I want to gain better control of my emotions. I plan to do this by eliminating as many sources of stress as possible by identifying and avoiding my stress triggers. Though I plan on expanding my list of stress triggers as they come up, currently my main stress trigger is when my school work piles up. To avoid this as much as possible, I want to start using a planner to keep track of my assignments. This way, I can make a plan to get everything done on time instead of waiting until the last minute. Hopefully, this will help me stay in control of my emotions and help me communicate better.
