I continue to be blown away by the design coming out of Washington, D.C. Specifically by the group of designers that Obama has working for him. Regardless of political affiliation, designers all over the world should be inspired by these different designers and their work. It truly is at the leading edge of design along the lines of the work coming out of Facebook, Google, and Apple. 

2012 Obama Presidential Campaign

The design team for Obama’s campaign continued the work of the 2008 campaign team. They came up with brilliant and poignant graphics that spoke to multiple demographics depending on the distribution channel. Whether it was through social media, print, video, or digital, these designers came up with solutions that drove their messages home. Organizing for Action

Organizing for Action is a political organization that advocates for President Obama’s agenda items (CNN.com). It originally started as Obama for American which was the name of Obama’s re-election campaign. The design ethos that permeated Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign continues on at Organizing for Action.
