The eighth drink of my thirty day book as a bev series is a hot ube oat latte with black sesame milk. The colors were drawn from the cover of Antonia Hodgsonβs The Raven Scholar.
Iβm super happy with how the colors came out. I had to use two kinds of ube to get the desired sweetness and purple hue. I also made the black sesame paste from scratch so that was a tiring but fun process, haha. It came out quite flavorful and vibrant!Β
