okay so first of all you are one of my mutuals or something right??? I mean I’m not mad or anything I just did say that I only wanted ppl close to me to read that in the tags... anyways on to stuff.
1 it’s more of the first issue, I’m afraid of not having oc-d bc I’ve mostly used it to help me identify myself for so long, if that makes sense. also I’ve already told a few people about it when I was younger and more certain that I had it and I really don’t want to find out that I was lying.
2 I think I have it bc of... uh... lots of reasons, with six fucktons of context behind them. I’m not going to address the intrusive thoughts bit bc reasons but along the compulsions line... I really don’t know if I can describe this well, but... I feel like I have to make certain hand gestures to make imaginary ppl my brain creates forget things I’ve done or thought, and occasionally I imagine parts of my skin sticking to things and starting to rip off and I have to go to whatever it stuck to and reattach it. that’s not really the extent of what goes on but it’s what I’m okay with writing.
