After the Bubble finally popped, it was time to collect on everyone who owed money, but with the clan spread thin after most of the leading lieutenants were killed, or thrown into jail. With Sohei distracted by other matters, being put on a tighter leash by the new Tojo clan leader, it was up to Yayoi to try and take the reigns with ensuring that people who owed money were collected on. But she needs a little help, and there was one person that came highly recommended, an infamous loan collector from the Bubble.
