Well, It’s been a while since I put up an orginal post so why not? This is an update actually. Simce my last orginal post back in January 2017, my life has been a rollercoaster. I passed my A levels with decent grades, had a fun summer, moved cities, had my first relationship and finally, joined university in September. I am now a first year at New York University Abu Dhabi (one of the 3 NYU main campus sites) and I am loving every moment of it. I am currently considered undecided but I am definitly planning to pursue English Literature and Creative writing as a major. I am taking a film elective now which making me consider taking film as a minor or even a double major because I enjoy it so much. I learned a lot of new skills like photography with a DSLR, film making and even started performing spoken word for the first time and I will soon be competiting in a slam for fun! I am still struggling with time management because the amount of work is definitly intense and not to mention balancing it with self care, clubs, events and a social life. But I am so greatful for the university as I have good financial aid (touchwood) so therefore I want to make the most of it and make my parents proud. The photo is all my papers and laptop as I was just panicking over an research essay and I thought I’ll take the time to be greatful for everything despite the stress. Good luck for finals everyone!
