Join me the team at ORTZI for a night with Michele D'Aprix, an American winemaker in France and Spain. Michele is both making and importing accessible, all-organic wines from Catalunya, Costières de Nîmes, and the Right Bank of Bordeaux. The only American woman winemaker in all of Bordeaux, Michele apprenticed under famed vigneron Stéphane Derenoncourt.
