Svein Olav Nyberg - The Union of Egoists
I thought the similarities between these two articles were interesting, especially since the first was published no later than 1923 and the second was published around 2011. Chernyi's "three types of human relations" bear a striking resemblance to the three outlined by Nyberg. I think Chernyi's 1&2 would both fall under the relationship that Nyberg calls "the property", just from different sides. Chernyi says nothing about a relationship resembling what Nyberg calls "the Bond" - behaving as we "ought" to behave toward each other in terms of social categories (Father & son, employer & employee, etc). Otherwise, the classifications are very similar. The third for both is the union of egoists - "When one individual is in a relation with another in such a manner that he appreciates the personality of that other as if it was his own." (Though Chernyi doesn’t call it that.) Obviously, I don't know if Nyberg read Lev Chernyi, or if they're just both drawing from Stirner's influence. But it's a very interesting correspondence.
