Ingredients: 1 medium sweet potato, cooked and peeled. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1 banana, ripe. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: First, cook the sweet potato until it's soft and simple to mash. Let the sweet potato cool to room temperature after you're done cooking and peeling it. Add the cooked sweet potato, spinach leaves, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to a blender. Blend until smooth. You can also put some ice cubes in the blender if you'd like a colder smoothie. As you blend the ingredients together, they will become smooth and creamy. If you think the smoothie is too sweet or spicy, you can add more honey or spices to make it right. Place the Sweet Potato Green Smoothie in glasses and serve right away.
