Ramattra is canonically fascinated by Moira and her willingness to experiment on humans. He know why he does as he does with his people, but whyever would she want to potentially kill her people to better them? That topic is exactly what brings them closer.

Moira's inhumanity is what drew Ramattra in. The concept of a human helping humanity by creating monstrosities in the most inhumane ways.. No wonder he's intrigued.

Comfortable silence!! Lots of it. They don't talk, don't even look at eachother, but that silence is as comfortable as it gets.

As intriguing as Moira's inhumanity is to Ramattra, it also intimidates him. He can't help but wonder if somehow omnics might be at risk of her experiments.

Moira loves explaining her experiments in extreme, sometimes graphic detail, sometimes as she's actively experimenting. Ramattra listens and nods along before mentioning somethinf about omnic anatomy that is similar or ties into it in some way.

Will neevverrr make anything official, ever. They'll just keep the odd tension between them and make everybody at Talon question what's going on.
