Well, the only result I could find for frisky ferret in any sex/kink context is a 2007 blog post by somebody trying to locate a frisky ferret sex toy that had been mentioned on an episode of the show Las Vegas. They couldnât find it and decided it must just be a made up name that was just supposed to vaguely sound like it should be a vibrator.
Conclusion: In the mid 2000s nobody wanted to put the name of an actual sex toy on TV so writers just collectively invented the Frisky Ferret to exist solely in TV Land.
