Today for time we did- 1 mile run- 50 Over head squats w 85lbs- 100 V ups 150 Double under 50 Sumo deadlift high pulls 100 box jumps With Taylor P & Cassidy Then we did NSCF WOD- Run 20min- stop every 2min & do 20 air squats- try to accumulate most milage.
