Riot Games: Noxian City

Here's another concept I did a while back in collaboration with Riot Games for League of Legends' Noxus.

     he’s observing the scene before him, swain, seated at his desk and the room is well lit with candlelight. and softly does he move about the room with a slight greeting to swain, ever vigilant with his work and it was something he always admired but there was something that there was always needed to be brought up, however ; in this moment, jhin seemed to have misplaced something from when he lasted visited for a report hours ago. when his voice reaches khada jhin, he glances over towards the other only to respond with a hint of restlessness. but he shakes his head for a moment before he is ever so careful when he sifts through the neat piles of papers. making sure nothing is out of place and he could feel eyes filled with curiosity and a slight chance of worry.

     ‘   there’s no need to worry, i simply seem to have misplaced something and only realized it now. careless of me, isn’t it ?   ‘

     jhin lets a huff of a sigh out before he leaves the spot he currently resided in, moving to another spot in his quarter. though, one would think, ‘ why was someone like jhin helping himself to the quarter of their grand general ? ‘ one could say it had become a privilege he’s gained over the months. there is silence and the only thing that sound be heard was the sound of scribbling and items being moved ever so carefully. but there is also a voice that cuts the silence and it’s swain speaking, ‘ are you sure you checked where you last sat ? ‘ he was sure he did. as he just came from that spot, and he hums in confirmation of such. 

     ‘   i’m definitely sure.   ‘

     he moves once again and he is now at his lover’s side, he can see his eyes on him now, they are paused from his work and he’s being gazed at. jhin catches the quirk of his eyebrow and soon, jhin places a hand on the back of his lover before he leans down to place his lips against the other’s. before he briefly closes his eyes, he can see the genuine surprise that claims him and there’s a subtle smirk into the kiss. jhin’s eyes close for a moment and slowly does he pull away, there is slyness in his behavior now as his previous facade of worry melted away completely.

     the hemomancer’s words fall from his lips quite fluidly when he speaks out to khada jhin, and as a response to such words, there’s a melodic hum that carries itself from the virtuoso while his eyes remained elsewhere, a natural thing during many conversations. all he truly needed to do was complete a simple task yet the other was quite known to stall in order to gain some means of attention, the type of attention jhin didn’t give anyone. it was the type of attention that would waste his time when he could be doing something or indulging in something that was worth more of his time.

     amongst his hum there was an amused chuckle, and turning slightly to face the other, khada jhin speaks with a fluent and ever present ionian accent.

      ‘   if you were not well aware, there is no other matter needed to be discussed with you, hemomancer.   ‘

     blunt as ever, he shrugs off whatever the other implied with such words before adding on to what he previously stated.
