The first thing to take into account is what seems to motivate Peter consistently, from flashbacks, to killing Kate and her accomplices, his interactions with Malia, and trying to kill Scott for the Alpha power in season 4. Family and pack. Now, Peter’s had a twisted sense of things for at least a bit before the Paige Incident as evidenced by his suggestion to Derek that they get her bitten without her consent.

Of course, at this point he’d have had his memories messed with at least enough to remove Corinne and Malia’s existence and we really DON’T know what effect that can have on a person but that’s not the point

Peter as a dad isn’t all that different from standard Peter. The biggest difference is that his child supersedes almost anything else in his life. When it comes to disciplining, it really depends on the circumstances. If his kid breaks a rule and he believes they’re completely justified, he won’t really do much. If they risk their safety, though, there would be definite consequences, though probably not too bad of ones.
