I was thinking about nanowrimo when I was walking back from my final today, which got me thinking about writing, and then writing didn’t sound like such a bad thing to be doing right now, so I had to get a chapter in before I lost my motivation. So here it is!

I love getting notes about my writing... don’t wanna sound needy but like... it’s a writer’s dream to get comments so...

Hi everyone! So yeah, I’ve tried really hard to keep up with this novel, but I’ve just kinda been losing interest in it, and honestly it doesn’t seem like anyone else is interested in it anymore either (probably because it’s just going so slowly! Seriously, it feels like I’ll never get out of the introductory chapters). But I’m still going to keep posting chapters, even if it is another 4 months before I post the next one (but probably not because I’ve been kinda excited about the next chapter, so...)

If there’s anyone who hasn’t seen any of this before, I’m writing a novel, it’s using characters that were submitted to me by my followers, it’s a YA fantasy novel. Here’s the first chapter if you actually want to read from the beginning.

Hey guys! No, I’m not dead. No, I haven’t written any more of this in forever, and I’m super sorry. But I’m posting a new chapter now! Here’s the next update for Kaleya! Just a note: there was a character in Chapter 2 named Katy Saier. That was a typo/mistake/whatever. She was meant to be Katie Smith, and this character in this chapter is Katy Saier. I apologize to the creators of these characters for the mixup.
