This is an attempt towards creating a town filled with sims I actually care about that I will play past the first 3 weeks (real-time). Kinda like a BACC + Raise the People but not really. BACC was way too complex for me and I fail to enjoy things when there is too much BTS to be done when playing. i used to download s3pe to do the tuning to make it more immersive etc but i cant be arsed to do it anymore.
very much still wip, im still thinking the milestones etc *i write it in my sticky notes lol). i use the halleyv1 world by nova parks and the 2 lots that were made for it. i use no cc except default replacements for brows,makeup (base game), beards (base game) and lighting mod. i use a number of mods though. i'm a sucker for game mods.
