My sense of humor had devolved to such a point that it is basically just 4chan’s politically incorrect board mixed with the 21st century humor videos.

My father and I (and our dog Duke) making a barn in the backyard.  We bought the kit from Menard’s and the tiles to use for the base.  It took several weekends in August of whatever year it was.  We discovered some issues with the kit, and went along with it.  The roof we battened down with several more joint things as I envisioned the roof being carried off in a light gale.  Fortunately, it’s still standing.  Some of the door and key things are droopy.  The dog took off with my JCrew baseball cap and tore off a part of it, silly dog.  Dad had to buy a new screw driver machine thing as his wasn’t working.  Then at the end he complained to me asking me never to ask him to do this sort of thing again as he was already 80 years old, haha.
