Today’s classroom. Been depressed the whole month and been feeling worthless so I thought I needed a change of scenery while studying (self-study college edition is facking hard, yo!). Alas, still felt unproductive but atleast I started a module test and then skipped it because I couldn’t find the answers to the questions, so I moved on to another module and now starting John Dryden’s lit crit life. Okay, bye.

2.21.2018 Studying in a coffee shop in high street while waiting for my dance class, making notes about Wordsworth’s preface to his lyrical ballads and I think he’s basically saying that poetry and prose are fraternal twins. I’m taking this out of the passage that said, “Their affections are kindred, almost identical, not necessarily differing even in degree.” I mean, if poetry and painting are sisters and have strong connections between them then prose and poetry have a stronger bond being almost identical. Conclusion: poetry and prose are fraternal twins. P.S. I’m thinking of creating a new instagram acct just for my books and studying. Hmmmm...okay bye.

2.20.18 Today’s setup. Lit crit book, pens, highlighter, High Fidelity by Nick Hornby (my mother said Nick HorNY), and the trusty tablet for my dictionary and google searches.

Highlight what’s important.

Studying out on a Saturday may not be the best idea since there’s a lot of people out since it’s the weekend but I’ve been cooped in my house and the depression is getting bad, so I had to haul ass out of there even if I don’t want to. Been here for about half an hour already and haven’t started yet. So I need to go get reading Mr. Ben Jonson’s Discoveris and see what he thinks about peotry or whatever he’s going to talk about in here.
