Gods, he wasn't going to make it to his twenties if things kept like that. He sat behind a huge trash can he found, trying to keep his breath steady. He could hear the empousai talking to each other, trying to locate him; it wouldn't take long before they found Alabaster there. Luckily enough, he had cast on himself a spell that made it harder for them to track him; he risked taking a peek, and noticed the two of them cheking something in a store window. Gods, they'd look awful on that purple dress they were cheking out. Well, he was not going to waste the chance. He stood up and ran from there as fast as he could, while they were still distracted by clothes. He felt so relieved that he barely paid any attention to where he was going---- and ended up bumping into someone.
âSorry! My bad, my bad!â he raised his hands for the person, trying to make sure they were fine. âI didn't hurt you, did I?â
