There is a golden light at the deepest consciousness of the heart that connects us all. Vegan, meat eaters, yogis, non-yogis, non-dual enthusiasts, dualistic addicts, spiritual people and so called "unspiritual" people are all welcome. 💫 When my consciousness first started to open and I experienced problems in my teenage years my first salvation was diet. I went from eating a normal Western diet, to vegetarian, to vegan and then raw vegan in the space of six months. On a physical level the results were amazing as I reversed serious digestive issues and problems with my energy levels but my obsession with diet became a limitation as I went deeper on my spiritual path. For three years my salvation had been fruit and vegetables but I realised at a deep level it really needed to be God* (*-insert another word like Universe/Spirit/Oneness if the word God is a problem for you). 💫 Nowadays I eat healthily and mainly plant-based but include meat, diary and some cheeky desserts in my food from time to time.
