Today at work, this girl, i love her dont get me wrong, but shes on diet and trying to eat healthy etc etc and her trainer told her that she should be drinking chocolate milk cuz its "healthy" so now the poor girl was drinking chocolate milk with her processed cereal this morning and after i explained why i dont drink milk she just kept to the idea that its healthy and that they say everything is bad for you so she was gunna drink it anyways...
when I eat bad things, I acknowledge the fact they arent healthy at all

Ive realized that as much as i want to tell people about being vegan purely to inform them for their own benefit, no one wants to hear that their chocolate milk or pizza with all "four food groups" isn't healthy for them
bringing in juice tomorrow, everyone first just looked at me like i was cray but then they were like no yea ill try it bring it, like really i think some kale,pears,spinach,blueberries,pineapple,beets,parsley, after eating all the heavy fried sweet fatty foods from fridays potluck would make people feel good no? am i wrong?
