Ghost Quilt
So this is a bit late for Halloween but I love it! I made a rag quilt using some 10 inch squares and fleece! It is nowhere near perfect but it doesn't need to be its cute, and its soft.
I don't have the best pictures but it came out pretty good! I used a total of 42 squares for the front and 42 for the back. The tutorial I used, recommends flannel and uses 3 layers of fabric. I just smooshed together my precuts and fleece into 2 layers and it feels quilty enough for me. I did not "finish" it with the cuts and washing to fray it but, I may do it later. Like maybe next year...
Anyways It GLOWS IN THE DARK!
I don't know how well you can see it in this picture but it does glow! Which I'm personally super excited about!
I didn't quite finish this in time for Halloween but I'm excited to use it more next year! For now Its going to hang like in the picture from binder clips on my shelf so I can enjoy it!
I used the tutorial linked below. Now I didn't use it 100% and kinda winged it in some places, but I think this is a fantastic tutorial for beginners and so encouraging that I just had to share it!
Thanks for sticking around this long and have a wonderful day/night!
