I am looking for long-term work opportunities in rural areas, small villages or agricultural communities in the Northern Hemisphere (Europe, Canada, USA).

I am especially interested in working with plants, flowers, gardens, nurseries or other practical, hands-on work connected to nature. I don't have formal education in agriculture or floristry (except certificate), but I learn quickly, adapt and enjoy developing practical skills.

I am looking for stable, long-term opportunities rather than short seasonal work.
