Photo 2- posed, way better lighting, flexing and still kind relaxed fr just mental no caring still really
Photo 3- purposefully posed, same better lighting, flexing and mentally taking into consideration my head and composition
Photo 4- purposefully relaxed, still posed, deep breaths to relax and pose as little as possible trying to seem as relaxed as I can
Part of me hates taking photos of my body. Who do I think I am? And sharing them? HA! please, who wants to see that!? Even if you look strong like cmon you don’t even actually look like that %90 of them time. I’m over weight remember? I’m fat!
The other half is like, wow, I have made it so far. I USED to be so fat. I love working out again. Even if it’s just some pulls ups and toe to bars before work. I should at least take photos to keep record of my journey. I should be proud of myself. I don’t even look half bad in the ones I wasn’t trying in.
