Lesbian flag talk
So a lot of people are bringing to my attention that the person who made the orange and pink new lesbian flag is an exclusionist. Firstly, they do seemed to have changed a bit, and consider it more of a case by case thing on if someone wants to be considered LGBT, people still might not feel it’s ok and I understand that.
I will still be using it as the default flag, however, as I don’t believe being a cishet exclusionist has any bearing on them making a lesbian flag, and it’s still the most widely accepted one.
But! if you ask for a lesbian flag in any way at all, you have the power to choose any lesbian flag you want. Just make sure you specify which flag you want. I also wouldn’t want anyone but lesbians to be asking for the old pink/pink lesbian flag, more because it’s a reclamation of it than anything.
