why does every fantasy manhwa about revenge expect us to believe that a literal child is capable of being a cunning, ruthless and irredeemable villain… like for sure they can learn to be hateful and cruel from people who teach them to be that way but like that doesn’t mean what they’ve been taught can’t be unlearned but so many manhwa bends over backwards to go “look at this vile, evil, absolute piece of garbage, don’t they deserve to suffer, shouldn’t they just DIE?!” and then it’s literally a child between the ages of 4 to 11…

#deity dialogue #like circumstances can yield someone who is cruel and evil because they were groomed to be that way ya know #but like children are not inherently evil and full of malice and hatred #calm down #I’ve dropped multiple manhwa lately because it’s like why don’t expect me to believe this child is so inherently bad that they should suffer #greatly #like I’m not gonna like fully defend actions that could cause great harm but like they were very clearly taught this behavior by someone #older than them like they were made to be this way by someone who they relied on and trusted #and yeah behavior like that that goes unchanged well into adulthood is punishable but to expect readers to rally for the death and #punishment of a child who is acting as they were taught to is a bit muc #but then you do fully have people in the comments calling a child an evil bitch who should die horribly #and it’s like woah hey calm down I get it’s fiction but you’re weird as hell for that 😭
