The decals are modified versions of this extra large peeker, cropped at the chest and now featuring a thin white border, which means he should be visible even on dark surfaces. The speech bubble, now separate from Cecil himself, should also be easier to apply—or even optional, if you so choose.
The GDA sticker is printed on reflective vinyl and looks like a regular sticker during the day, but reflects light in the dark (think of a road sign at night).

*Note: These are a bit different from my previous stickers in that they're pretty big pieces of vinyl with no breaks in the design. I recommend professional assistance or buying multiples if you're worried about air bubbles or mistakes in application.
