PET PEEVE headcanonÂ
Incorrect word forms in English bother her, probably because it’s not her first language and she’s tried very hard to learn the language properly, so whenever she hears a slip, either from herself or someone else, something in the back of her mind notes it and it drives her crazy.
 BODY headcanon.
Puberty was awful.  It’s bad enough for everyone else but Mitsuru was always being watched and when your body changes in ways that you are still not used to while everyone is watching, it can really mess with your mental state.
She’s much more confident now, but it’s out of a combination of “fake it until you make it”, her stylist, and the fact that she has no other choice.  She has to be confident and the older she gets, the more she believes that she is beautiful.
(There are still days though, days where she looks in the mirror and wonders what she can change and what she should change)
