the point of no return { ayato & mitsuru }
He could already tell that he was pissing her off beyond words and while that wasnât his motive at first, he was now most likely intrigued. Instead of getting the message that she didnât want to talk to him, Ayato refused to give her way and stood firm on his ground. Itâs not everyday heâd find a well-endowed girl like her, after all. Heâd be damned if he failed to go out with her at least once.
"Does that mean Iâm included in your Christmas card list now that weâll be sending each other gift cards?" He questioned in a tone that was either friendly or pompous. He wouldnât be surprised if Mitsuru took a clearer view of the latter. He knew this conversation will be going nowhere, however, if he kept edging her on so he sighed and slid his hands into the pockets of his jacket.
"Look, it wouldnât kill you to cut one class." He drew back to the point in a bound and determined tone this time. His eyes twinkled with intention though so it was probably hard to tell whether he was serious or was just playing a cruel joke.
"Just one class, Mitsuru. If youâre worried about notes, you can just borrow one of our classmatesâ notebooks." Mitsuru was undoubtedly a hard person to convince and Ayato was positive of that. There was no way she would take a shot in the dark, dismantling her flawless image but the very thought of that was rather taxing. It was obvious, or at least thatâs what Ayato could perceive, that she seldom spent a single day in a carefree manner. She had probably been living her days thinking of the consequences her actions could possibly make if she didnât execute them properly.
Who the hell would want to live a life constantly fearing the judgment of the public?
"When was the last time you actually did something that had gone against your familyâs wishes?" He just hoped this could help him convince her. "Give me a chance to show you what itâs like to be loose and unrestrained. We donât have to consider this a date if you donât want to. Whaddya say?"
