Everyone calls it the Gulf of Mexico!
For fuck’s sake!
This is a non-issue!
There is poison in the air supply y'all have been poisoned with dumb idiot poo poo brain air. Zero critical thinking skills in the club tonight.
“Critical Race Theory” is not taught in any Virginia public schools — yet Republican Glenn Youngkin (Trumpkin) has made it the centerpiece of his race-baiting campaign for governor.
Trumpkin shouts “Critical Race Theory!” all the time because he is unable to shout “n----r! n----! n----r!” in 2021.
Juan Williams: 'Parents' rights' is code for white race politics
Virginia Republicans are back with a new and improved ‘Culture Wars’ campaign for 2021. The closing argument is once again full of racial division — but this time it is dressed up as a defense of little children.
The rallying cry is ‘Parents’ Rights.’
[ ... ]
It is not long ago that racist southern politicians rallied against integration with an argument for “states’ rights,” a call to be free of federal laws calling for an end to segregation.
Now the message is that white parents are being ignored when they complain that their children are uncomfortable learning about racism.
Virginia, on Tuesday you have an opportunity to show you won’t get hoodwinked by a smirking filthy rich Trumpist racist.

Not now.
He’s busy trying to get people angry about non-issues and fake problems that don’t actually affect anybody.
I know this is such a non issue. So please ignore if this is annoying to you. I'm just bitching.
But it kind of bugs me when people new to fandom go straight to ao3. I know Wattpad isn't what it used to be, so not many people even know about it.
But it bugs me when people are new and like "where do I start?" Where do you start??? Not even talking about the tags and the archival system. "Where do you start"??? Are you not in a fandom already? Do you not know what to read? Do you need to ask ChatGPT to think for you, too?
I remember being an awkward preteen and then teenager. But I also have a brain, and knew/know what I like. And discovered fanfics through fandom! I saw someone on tikto who seemed like they were discovering fandom through fanfic, and that just makes no fucking sense to me 🥲.
(One comment said "if you have to ask, go to wattpad". And while very mean... I kinda agree. Ao3 is also literally like jumping into the deep end when you can barely swim. It's an archive, not an algorithm. If you don't know what you're looking for, you won't find it. I GENUINELY think they'd have a better first experience NOT on ao3.)
Pre-cooked spaghetti squash masquerades as coconut in this creamy baked pie that will leave everyone guessing at the secret ingredient.
