Tomboy... is such an ambiguous category. Aside from girls who self-identify, it's very hard to know where the line *actually* is. There's a lot of activities that aren't in any way tomboy-coded that count for some people. Oh, you're energetic and like to eat more than "expected" norm? Tomboy! Some include any girls without long hair... which is also... wild. I went to peek at the tvtropes article in question... and that's what's mentioned. Her being energetic. It's wild and a flimsy justification. I wonder if I Ichigo counts herself as a tomboy? I'd guess not.

I wouldn't blindly listen to tvtropes anyway.
