I have fibromyalgia. You would never know by looking at me. It’s not something that you can see but it’s still there. I’ve had it since I was 13. I’ve learned to live with chronic pain because it was always normal for me. The last 2 years, I’ve made drastic changes to my my mental health, fitness, and emotional health. I’m being kind to myself.. inside and out. When I stay on track with my diet/exercise and sleep patterns it makes a world of difference in how I feel. In the past, doctors would always recommend different medications. Not once did diet and being more in tune with mind and body ever get brought up. Im glad I’ve done my research and made some changes because this is the best I’ve felt in a long time. #AshleeElizabeth #fibromyalgia #healthylifestyle #positivevibes #healthymind #nomedsneeded (at Point Richmond, Richmond, California)
