Consider this story the traditional fannish "oh no we have to get married!" with a BatLanterny twist at the end. (I am aware that this is the second time I’ve recommended this fic, but I really do love it)

You burned my toaster! by ZayRay030 - “Morning.” Bruce greeted. “These look good. Thought you would burn them.” Bruce added. Hal shot him a disbelieving look before smirking slightly.

“Oh, like how you almost burned my apartment down by making toast?” Hal asked sarcastically and smirked when he saw the embarrassed look on Bruce's face. He heard a snort and when he turned around he saw Jason covering his mouth.

“I did not almost-” Bruce tried to protest but Hal cut him off again and he revelled in the surprised looks on Bruce's kids faces.

“Please, spooky. There were a bunch of complaints and someone asked me if everything was okay because they had thought if I fell asleep while making myself breakfast.” Hal said, smirking and leaning against the table.

This is for my Oc x Cannon ship, I mostly enjoy the young justice version of lobo but man of tomorrow and comic book lobo (certain comics) can apply based on how I view that version of Noctelle due to multiverse

Noctelle can taste lobos energy from wherever due to her having being such close contact with him all the time. She explains that his energy tastes "like sweaty boiled hot dogs," something youve definitely had but dont really expect to keep enjoying

Lobo loves the fact Noctelle loves to party, he expected her to be able to keep up with him, but due to the energy being emitted during parties, clubs, and concerts noctelle is basically fully charged all the time and can go long into the morning. Lobo has to drag her out buzzing

Lobo won't ever admit he listens to any music besides rock, metal, grunge, but is Noctelles #1 fan at all her shows. If someone screams louder than him they're erased

With humans Noctelle is normally seen as an airhead, but thats because she's actively not trying to absorb their energy through mindless humming, her mind is usually elsewhere. Lobo usually does all the decision making and doesn't tolerate people thinking she's ditzy
