I once read someone say that they head canon that Czarnians are “cat like in they way they hunt” and low-key? I see it! Like in a few ways. One being how slobo and N-52 Lobo launch themselves at people lolll! Like the amount of times Slobo is just flying at people is funny as shit to me and well.. N-52 Lobo does it to, not as offten but he has thrown himself at people as well and it reminds me of how cats..

Mini head canon situation:

N-52 Lobo: See’s his target.. does that little wiggle thingy cats do before jumping, then throws himself at them no warning. Maybe a loud scream as goes in flying full force and body slams them but nothing else.. maybe a plan in his mind, but mostly just “I see… I MUST LAUNCH.”

Slobo: See’s someone that needs taken care of (Villain) also does the little cat wiggle and throws himself at them, BUT! With no plan , no clue if he can take them, just full will power cramped down into a feisty teenager.

oh my god I know that Guy Gardner, Lobo and Victor Creed would be the first to ask…….and I would be the first to fold for the request….

The studios have always been stealing art. If they didn’t they would have the families of artists have equity in their creations instead of just giving them a pitance for each project as compared to what the studio is receiving from the usage of their work.

The fucking of nature sideways with no lube since the waters being depleted is just an unwelcome continuance of that in my eyes.

It doesn’t matter that theres literally been Momoa Lobo art since before the last universe even ended. They’re greedy iPad babies who don’t give a fuck about artists.

And let’s not pretend it’s just the DCU because I know we often forget this but secret invasion was literally only 3 years ago.

I hope there will be a day where we don’t look to these big studios as the most important source of these characters because they rarely ever care to get their adaptations truly right as the stories often HEAVILY criticizes the higher ups behavior and why would you make your cash-cows say fuck you.

I also want to add that often the discussion around just reading comics turns quickly into looking down on those who don’t without wondering if they CANT. Literacy rates are not just statistics to pull out as a gotcha, real people are struggling.the mcu and dcu to a lot of people is their first step in getting to know some of these great characters and I appreciate that.

If you haven't seen the clip circulating, it's pretty much calling out the fact that they used AI for concept art on the movie's Lobo design.

Because, you know;

not like there's a ton of damn references to go off of from legitimate artists.

Right? Right? Like as if Jason wasn't holding a copy of the FRAGGIN COMPENDIUM in his trailer seconds before it cuts to them clicking through different AI designs instead.

How hard is it to simply support ACTUAL ARTISTS?! Do they have any idea how much beautiful fraggin' art is out there?!
