like, there is a tns fandom. it’s for a show called The Next Step. if you are a member, HEY SHISTER HOW YOU DOIN’?

anyway. there is this one character (her name is Richelle) who has been on the show for 6 seasons and had two love interests: the actress real-life bf who plays her best friend on the show (His name is No(t importent)ah), a crush which she CLEARLY got over, and a boyfriend who their relationship has been built since the prior season (his name is Elliott).  so, her bf  tried Sabotaging the studio before and he was kicked out. since then he didn’t do anything horrible or was seen doing awful things, and he sent Richelle roses since she was the only girl on the team he actually likes. meanwhile, Richelle got injured and was led to the hospital. for a while, the only person who visited her was Elliott. They became boyfriend and Girlfriend and they have been nothing but supportive for each other. BUT PPL STILL HATE THEIR RELATIONSHIP AND THINKS IT’S TOXIC WHAT.

Noah’s pov In the end, they didn’t play truth or dare. Giselle found it so much more fun to play confessions. I don’t even know if the game exists, but me being the nice and guy i am just went along with it. Also i maybe didn’t want to seem suspicious.

Anyway the point of the game was to confess anything, literally anything, and for others to give advice or fix the problem. And everyone has to confess something. At least that’s what i got from the explanation. I am so sure they were making this up on the spot.

“Are you sure this is an actual game? This game exists for real?” I asked facing Giselle.

“You think i'ld lie to you? Noah i am shocked and a little hurt.” Giselle looked genuinely hurt though and i was almost going to apologize when i saw the little smirk on her face.

“Oh my god, did you actually believe her?? Noah that’s so cute!” Richelle said pinching my cheeks to emphasize her point. She actually leaned over two people to make a point. A blush rose to my cheeks.

“Were you going to apologize to me?” Giselle said dumbfounded.

“Maybe”, I answered stretching the e.

“Well that just shows how good of an actor i am.”

The whole room burst into laughter, a chorus of “Dream on’s” was heard while Giselle pouted. “You guys are just jealous you aren’t as fab as me” making the fab sound like a teenage girl Giselle was now laughing along with us.

“Okay so confessions, who wants to go first?”

It was silent before Giselle broke the silence with: “I’ll go!”

After Giselle broke the barrier, the one confession came after the other. Sometimes people actually gave genuine and good advice, other times not so much. The only people who hadn’t confessed yet were Michelle, Richelle and i. I was trying so hard to come up with something to confess that I didn’t hear Riley’s, only Richelle and i were left now.

“Which one of you two is going to go first now?” James said with a twinkle in his eyes. I didn’t like where this was going at all.

Richelle looked at me blushed a little and scraped her throat. She was just about to say something when miss Kate came in: “Pizza’s here!!” And everyone stood up excitedly. Well i guess i’ll never know…

** “Let’s dance!” West screamed, everyone instantly agreeing. The music switched between music from internationals, nationals and even regionals and sometimes just random music.

Everyone was dancing together, some routines were done, when the intro from ‘Mountains’ came up. Immediately everyone from the team looked at me expectantly. I tried to play stupid and sign that i didn’t know why they were gazing at me like that, until i gave in and went to Richelle.

“Wanna dance… the duet?” I asked her. She looked at me surprised, paused for a second and then slowly agreed.

“Sure…”

Richelle and I began doing the duet and i could tell the team was impressed. That was expected since there were some incredible difficult lifts in it. One of things i love about dancing with Richelle is the lifts. I like lifting and Richelle is so small and skinny that lifting her is like lifting a feather.

“So, how was that?” I asked unsurely. They were all wearing weird expressions.

“Next year you guys should dance for regionals! This was insane!” Michelle said excitedly.

“You guys think i am gonna be on A-troupe next year?” Richelle said hopefully.

“Of course? Don’t you?” I answered even though i knew the question wasn’t directed at me.

“Thank you, Noah!!” She said and hugged me. She acted all tough but she still wasn’t confident with her dance and body. She thought she was short and that that was the only reason people dance with her, for the lifts that went much easier. It’s a shame really, she was better than most people on A-troupe, at least that’s what i thought. But maybe that were my feelings clouding my judgement.

Miss Kate came into the studio: “Okay guys! Everyone go sleep, there are rehearsels tomorrow and i want you all to be fresh and fit! Goodnight.” And she was gone.

After Richelle went home we all talked a little and then went to sleep. Damn,  I really wanted to know what Richelle was going to confess.

** After rehearsels Richelle pulled me into the custom closet. “ I was actually going to say this yesterday, but since i was interrupted i’ll just do it now. Okay here goes nothing. Noah, I like you. And when i say that i mean like-like not you know friend-like… Do you see what i mean?”

It was silent for a while, i was in shock. I did not see that one coming.

Richelle interpreted my silence wrongly though. “Please don’t hate me, you’re my best friend.”

“You like me? Romantically-wise?” I inquired? She just nodded. “Really? Now that’s a shocker…” i said to myself.

“Why’s that a shocker? You’re funny and handsome and dance incredibly, i think everyone is practically in love with you.”

“Nah, i don’t think so.” I stared at her for a while before she motioned at me. “What? Oooh. Yeah I don’t want to stay friends.”

Richelle took a step back, looking like she was on the verge of crying. What that was a good thing right? Oooh wait i get.

I took her by here forearm before continuing, “Because i like you too. And two people liking each other don’t stay friends now do they?”

She opened her mouth but i quickly interrupted and kissed her. The kist lasted for about five seconds but it was still the best one i’ve ever had.

“Do you want to be my girlfriend?” I asked her.

“Euh, i have to think about that.” She answered. I pouted at her. “Of course!” She almost screamed. She hugged me and then kissed me again. I can definitely get used to this.

__________ This one’s shorter because, well… it wasn’t actually planned?? Now i don’t know if confessions exists or not, i don’t know if i read it somewhere. If it was something you made up and used in a fic, it is possible i read it and my subconscious remembered this, if you feel, in any way, that i copied this let me know i’ll check out your chapter and if i agree or can see where you are coming from i will delete this! (Except if you don’t have a problem with this)

On a side note, if i were to write a johnchelle fanfic, John x Michelle from L&F, would anyone read it? I feel like i’m the only one in the fandom… (i ship micheldon too, just fyi) CORRECT MY GRAMMAR, because i want a 100% for English this year ;)
