You have the eyesight that you have because life wants you to see that the light within you is far more brilliant than any light that any eye could ever see on the outside.

You Be the Judge
Here's the other confusing piece for me in regards to nobodysnotes: He's written a few things here and there kind of saying that there's no point to realizing enlightenment because it's all good for everybody no matter where they are on their personal spiritual journey. Other times he uses more direct language to say enlightenment is the only thing worth pursuing. I agree that it's all good to stay asleep. Some people don't care to realize enlightenment in any shape or form and that's beautiful. :) BUT for anyone who is searching for something beyond this kind of simple life, there is a deep longing inside... a kind of emptiness that they cannot shake no matter what they try to do to distract themselves from this feeling. And I know about this emptiness because it is what I felt for a long time before I woke up at the beginning of this past October. So because of my unique story and unique perspective of the spiritual journey, when I meet someone who has this kind of empty longing, I start a conversation with them to learn what is troubling their mind and/or their heart. And based on the conversation in the context we're in, I try to either give them encouragement to recognize how wonderful they truly are or some suggestion on what might be helpful because I experienced something similar and found it helpful for me. Or sometimes I just sit and listen so they can empty their troubled thoughts. This kind of patient listening is the compassionate heart recognizing another person's suffering and desire to relieve a bit of that mental and emotional anguish. I'm playing out the private correspondence now between N and I because we are at a standstill. We cannot move forward in our conversation because there's a sense that we agree to disagree for now. So anyone who follows both N and I as guideposts for your spiritual journey, you can decide for yourself what kind of guidance you require right now. Maybe you connect more with N. Maybe you connect more with me. Maybe you connect with both. It really doesn't matter to me! Lol! Whatever you need to do to help you on your path, I 100% support you in that choice. Because I respect you as a living being with her own mind, body, spirit and unique personal story. You be the judge of what you need for your own spiritual journey. That is all for now. :) Xoxo
Even "awakened" beings can be assholes :)
This is me publicly shaming you nobodysnotes since for some unknown reason you donāt know how to read private emails properly.
If youāre so fucking distraught about how to live after awakening, just fucking look around at ancient texts. I already told you Fourth Noble Truth is an excellent framework. If you need more details, āI Am Thatā by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj is excellent.
Just fucking open your goddamn sleepy heart, you fucking depressing awakened being⦠goddammit⦠hahaha! Or stay miserable. I really donāt care. :)

Non-dual
"The balance between them both is one that is non-dual. Meaning it is not-two; it is beyond all opposites of real and unreal, existence and nonexistence, form and formlessness.Ā BothĀ opposites are contained within this balance of non-duality. This balance is true sanity. This balance is peace. This balance is enlightenment.
An enlightened being is aware that reality isĀ neither real nor unreal; nothing exists nor doesnāt exist.
They arenāt caught up in attachment to only one extreme belief system. They dwell in a place that acknowledges both form and formlessness as two sides of the same coin, without beliefs. Thus, they are free from the two extremes of insanity: attachment to form and attachment to formlessness.
Reality may be taken as a dream and yes, dreams are illusions. What happens in a dream is not real, yes, but it does still happen in the dream! There is an experience taking place, which should be immediately apparent, and this experience must be acknowledged for what it is. Bring awareness to the experience itself without any mental labels of āempty, unreal, no substanceā and so on and see what happens.
Reality is a real illusion. This is a very liberating paradox for one to realize."
That coin bit... I said that just thinking on my own, wew, that's weird. Reading this all is very comforting... especially when we keep talking along the same lines, it's as if we're reading apart of the same collective understanding of what might enlightenment be. English then the limitation because we'll have words in our language that we must use and must not use to convey a type of understanding under the context of zen realization.
The point here, is that IS. The "I AM" force.Ā
