It has been 10 years since I started using binder (at 15 years old), my body is already somewhat damaged after so many years, I have a lumbar problem which means that using my binder for more than 8 hours hurts me, I need surgery to to be able to once again have the freedom to leave the house for more than 8 hours without thinking about the problems that my body can have

In Costa Rica the price of the surgery exceeds $ 6,000 so I need to travel to be able to operate in Mexico where the cost is $ 3,700, I would really appreciate if you help me with this to pay for the process

I just want to have freedom again, I want to be happy in my own body, I want to be able to look in the mirror and see myself, really on a mental level it is very hard to live thinking about how many hours you can go out or about the pain that using binder produces for so many years And because of the size of your breasts, people make you misgender
