I've decided against #PIIT28 for now.. I wanna just slowly starting working on my cardio again... so I'm gonna do the #C25k app... I'll start with 5k, then 10k etc etc...

After an extremely busy December I finally have a chance to call down a bit and get back into routine, • I started PIIT 28, again a few days ago and this time I'm determined to complete it • I'm having more smoothies again which is really helping my tummy • I finally got word yesterday that I have a permanent position at my workplace, full benefits etc as of the 1st of Feb • I managed to get a little weekend away two weeks ago with my boyfriend of almost 9 years.. it was so nice to just chill and just be around him and no one else I'll try be more interactive on my blog as the year progresses.
