trying something with this bottle of nixta:
cilantro 2 oz Nixta .5 oz lime juice .25 oz chipotle in adobo simple syrup 4 dashes orange bitters seltzer
muddle cilantro in a mixing glass. add nixta, lime juice, syrup, and bitters with ice. stir. strain into a collins glass over ice and top with seltzer
it's a very *fresh* cocktail. the cilantro is very bright, and everything balances well enough; the adobo makes it pleasantly smoky without being too spicy. i think the ratios are maybe off, once the seltzer is added? may try this again with more lime and/or syrup
